100 DAYS RETURN AND REFUND

LOJEL AND EMINENT 100 DAYS RETURN AND REFUND OR EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions set out the refund and exchange policy in respect of all LOJEL and EMINENT Normal Products (as defined
below) and constitute the entire agreement between us and the Member(as defined below).
a.“Best Buy Products” means all non-discounted Products.
b.“Refund or Exchange Period” means one hundred (100) calendar days commencing from and including the date of the Receipt.
c.“Normal Product” means all Products that are discounted by 10% to 30% from its full retail price and excluding all Best Buy and
Birthday Month Purchased Products.
d.“Member” means initial Customer has become The Travel Store Member via various joined methods by providing the personal details to the company in an agreeable state.

RETURN AND REFUND
1.1 Any returns or refunds shall only be applicable to a Normal Product and any Product which is not a Normal Product cannot be returned to us and no refund shall be provided.
1.2 Where a Customer has changed his/her mind in purchasing a Normal Product, such Normal Product (used or unused) may be returned to us only if the Normal Product is returned: -
(a) within the Exchange Period together with proof of the original Receipt (photocopy of and reprint of Receipt is not acceptable);
(b) together with the Normal Product warranty card;
(c) must be a The Travel Store Member;
(d) at the store within Malaysia only where the Normal Product is purchased by the Member.
1.3 A Member is only entitled to a refund if all the requirements in Clause 1.2 are fulfilled. We shall have full and sole discretion to reject any return and/or refund if any of the said requirement is not satisfied.
1.4 In the event that a refund is approved by us, the Member hereby agrees that we shall be entitled to deduct ten percent (10%) of the net price of the returned Normal Product after any applicable discounts stated in the original Receipt as administrative charges to process
the refund.
1.5 The Member shall be required to fill up the refund form provided by us and such form shall be verified by our store’s key and authorised personnel. No refund shall be permitted and valid if a Member fails, neglects, or omits to complete and return to us a verified Refund Form.
1.6 The refund amount shall be refunded via bank transfer to the Member within 7 working days commencing from the date of refund took place.
1.7 The Travel Store shall not be held liable if the refund details provided by a Member is inaccurate and Member are required to fully responsible for the wrong information given.
1.8 Any return that is accepted by us and/or any refund made by us, that is performed not in accordance with the terms and conditions
under this Policy is deemed void and we shall have all rights to demand from the Member to return any sum that was wrongly refunded.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
2.1 Any return to and exchange by us shall only be applicable to a Normal Product and any Product which is not a Normal Product cannot
be returned to us and no exchange shall be provided.
2.2 In the event that the Member is unsatisfied with his/her first use or unused of the Normal Product purchased, the Normal Product may be
returned to us and exchanged, provided that the Member returns the Normal Product for exchange: -
(a) within the Exchange Period together with proof of the original Receipt (photocopy of and reprint of Receipt is not acceptable);
(b) together with the Normal Product warranty card;
(c) must be a Member;
(d) at the store within Malaysia only where the Normal Product is purchased by the Member.
2.3 A Member is only entitled to an exchange if all the requirements in Clause 2.2 are fulfilled. We shall have full and sole discretion to
reject any return and/or exchange if any of the said requirement is not satisfied.
2.4 In the event an exchange is approved by us, the Member hereby agrees that we shall be entitled to deduct ten percent (10%) of the
net price of the returned Normal Product after any applicable discounts stated in the original Receipt as administrative charges to process
the exchange.
2.5 Member may exchange the Normal Product with another Product available at the relevant store.
2.6 If the Member decides to exchange the Normal Product with another Product of a higher value than the net price stated in the Receipt
(after deduction of the administrative charges as set out in Clause 2.4), the Member will be required to top-up the payment for the
balance outstanding amount in addition to the net price stated in the Receipt (after deduction of the administrative charges as set out in
Clause 2.4). If the Member decides to exchange the Normal Product with another Product that is of a lower value than the net price
stated in the Receipt (after deduction of the administrative charges as set out in Clause 2.4), the Member may do so balance amount will be refunded to the Member via bank transfer to the Member by us via bank transfer within 7 working days commencing from the date where the refund took place.
2.7 The Travel Store shall not be held a liable if the refund detail provided by the Member is inaccurate and Members shall be fully responsible for any wrong information given.
2.8 The Member can exchange the purchased luggage with any brand available in-store.
2.9 The Member shall be required to fill up the exchange form provided by us and such form shall be verified by our store’s key and
authorized personnel. No exchange shall be permitted and valid if a Member fails, neglects, or omits to complete and return to us a
verified Exchange Form.
2.10 Any return that is accepted by us and/or any exchange made by us, that is performed not in accordance with the terms and
conditions under this Policy is deemed void and we shall have all rights to demand from the Member to return any exchanged item.
